Building Process

Building a home can seem overwhelming. Luckily we are experts who can help you navigate the process from the ground up!

  • 1. The Contract

    After contract signing, Builder will begin the construction loan process. Anticipate 2-3 months before breaking ground.

  • 2. Foundation

    Prepare construction site and pour footings and foundation. Inspection by city.

  • 3. Framing

    Construct rough framing and roof. Home is “dried in”.

  • 4. Rough Mechanics

    Complete rough plumbing, electrical and heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Inspection by city.

  • 5. Drywall

    Install insulation, drywall (sheetrock), texture, windows, doors and trim.

  • 6. Interior Finishes

    Install hard surface flooring, cabinets and countertops. Interior and exterior is painted. Light fixtures, outlets, switches and HVAC are installed. Sinks, toilets and faucets are put in place.

  • 7. Final Touches

    Mirrors, shower doors and flooring is finished. Driveway and sidewalks are poured. Lot is grated for proper drainage and landscaping is installed. Final city inspection.

  • 8. Closing

    Cerificate of occupancy is issued by the city. Financing is in place and clear to close. Welcome Home!
